Nassau County Goes Red-Decoding New York's Election Results
(South Asian Insider Bureau Exclusive) The GOP has won all four Congressional races on Long Island. Republican Anthony D’Esposito , Rep. Andrew Garbarino, George Santos & Nicholas LaLota all declared victories.
Nassau GOP Chairman Joseph G. Cairo, definitely is the man of the hour for ensuring this stunning victory.
And Republicans appear to have busted up Democratic ‘supermajority’ in New York. Long Island Republicans Steve Rhoads, Patricia Canzoneri-Fitzpatrick and Jack Martins all declared victory during speeches at the Nassau County GOP’s election night party at the Coral House in Baldwin.
The GOP’s hoped-for red wave looked a lot more like a national ripple in the wake of Election Day — except for deep blue New York, where Republicans picked up three House seats — including defeating the chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.
And even though Representative Lee Zeldin didn’t win, but he made it close — and sent a message to Gov. Hochul. Obviously, a win is a win, and Gov. Kathy Hochul deserves New Yorkers’ goodwill as she prepares to begin her own full term in office. But look closely at the New York City results. GOP candidate Lee Zeldin did astoundingly well, It’s a lesson for Hochul: She’d best heed what moderate swing voters told her Tuesday night on crime control and job growth. Also Incumbent Ed Ra was declared Winner Over Kumar Jindal In Assembly District 19. Incumbent Ed Ra (R) was challenged by Sanjeev Jumar Jindal (D) in the Nassau County Assembly District.
