Shah Rukh Khan asks if he can ‘take some credit’ after daughter Suhana Khan’s first official media appearance: ‘Well spoken, well brought up’

Shah Rukh Khan is getting a chance to show his desi Dad side and fans are loving this side of his personality. While Shah Rukh has often spoken about his kids, he recently took to Instagram to share a video from his daughter Suhana Khan’s recent media appearance for makeup brand Maybelline. The video looks like a fan-edit with still photos from the event and a small portion of the video with Suhana’s speech, with the song ‘Pretty Woman’ from Kal Ho Naa Ho playing in the background.
Shah Rukh shared this with a caption that read, “Congratulations on Maybelline beta. Well dressed…well spoken…well done & if I may take some credit, well brought up! Love u my Lil Lady in Red!” Suhana took to the comments section and replied, “Awww love you!! One of the fans wrote in the comments section, “Dying. So cute.” Another fan wrote about the resemblance between Suhana and her father and wrote, “She looks like mini you… =Ø Þ”. One of the fans, who sounded like they are already a Suhana Khan fan wrote, “Congrats Sir!! Soon people will say SRK is her dad… not that she’s SRK’s daughter!Recently, Suhana was spotted with her mother Gauri Khan at the opening night of Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre and a video from the event was widely circulated on social media. The video had Anusha Dandekar, who was taking interviews on the red carpet, talking to Gauri and Suhana where it seemed like Gauri wasn’t keen on giving an interview and discouraged Suhana from doing the same. Anusha later took to her social media and called out the ‘bullies’ as she wrote, “Some people don’t like to give interviews and never have and that’s totally okay. And some have to wait for their release till they do any interviews. THE END. I think I did a great job and I’m really good at what I do…but no one’s stopping you to try my job if you have so many opinions. I wish you happiness, so you will finally stop being bullies (sic).”Suhana is looking forward to making her debut in the movies with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies which also stars Khushi Kapoor, Agastya Nanda, among others.
